Revelations

This morning, after thinking about last night's post, I came to the realization that I need to increase my subscribe rate. I know that seems obvious but the importance of doing so didn't really hit me until this morning. I guess sometimes you have to talk/write out things out before you can figure out what the real problem is.

Yes, I have been split testing my namesqueeze page but not as vigorously as I need to. I need that namesqueeze page to be a mini-salesletter that makes people feel that they HAVE to be a subscriber. I need to SELL them on becoming a free subscriber.
