Time to Grow
I need a virtual assistant. Someone who will be able to do the link exchanges, directory submissions, and forum posts that are needed to launch my site into the rankings. I have started to research different companies and it can be expensive. Anything from $8/hr to $45+. I may even put something on Craigslist.

Craigslist isn't a bad idea. I've also had really good luck at getafreelancer.com, there you can state your own budget and all that jazz. SitePoint.com might be another avenue as well to list your projects and get some good deals on.
