Damned Virus!

Yes, I was hit hard by a virus earlier this week. Actually it was my computer, not me. Nevertheless, it put a crimp in my business. Luckily I have my laptop or I would have been stuck.

Beating the Dead Horse
That is what I seem to be doing with this one site. I keep working on it. Keep dumping money into it and yet it only gives me flashes of brilliance. The problem is that I KNOW that this niche is huge and I KNOW that there is crazy money in it. I just have not hit paydirt yet.

The answer is to launch more campaigns. My plan is to see how many I can get up and running tonight. All I really need is a couple hundred dollars profit per day and I can go full time. I just need to get there.

New Product
The new product really only needs to be reviewed once more, have a salesletter and launch sequence created, and launched. I may try to pull that off this weekend. I just need to focus on it and get the job done=)

Note: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I will be doing more work on the dead horse tonight.

This Happens A Lot

I finally have time to devote to building campaigns and I end up with a ridiculous headache. Alas.

Well, I working on launching 2 new campaigns and tweaking4 others for the next week. With my entrance into PPC Classroom, I may be ending my Google hiatus soon. Soon meaning as we speak. I've launched part of a new search campaign today. We will see what happens.

Get Some Trainin'

Things are moving along with the campaigns I launched. I've had one definite loser so far, one showing promise, and a handful of undecideds. I just have to keep launching new ones until something sticks.

I'm sure you have heard about PPC Classroom already. It launches tomorrow and yes, this is an affiliate link. If you have been reading my blog for any amount of time, you know that I don't post affiliate links often. I've probably done so 3 times out of the 3 years I've been doing this. I will be joining the PPC Classroom tomorrow.

One of the instructors is Amit Mehta, an affiliate that I have been following for several months now. In fact, he is the reason that I've been focused on PPC and CPA offers since April. I had a chance to meet him at Affiliate Summit back in August. The information he has provided in his blog has been really helpful so I'm going to see what his coaching class has to offer.

If you are interested in learning PPC from someone who has been successful at it, you may want to check out PPC Classroom tomorrow at 2 PM ET. I'll be there.

Big Moves Mean Big Results

That's what I'm going for at least. I have nearly 16 active campaigns now. Some are generating traffic, some are not. The ones that are not are ones that I have a pretty good feeling about though. I will be making a small site for each of them to see if I can get traffic up.

For a long time, I've been focused on sales and conversions. Now, I'm focused on profits. They say you should focus on what you want=)

That is Sad

A full month has blazed by and no posts. That is partly because the month blazed by. I've been launching campaigns like mad. I have 3 lined up to launch tonight before bed and I will probably shoot for another before I go to work tomorrow.

I could probably have done all of them tonight but my desktop died on me yesterday. I'm thinking it's the power supply. I plan to order a new one from NewEgg and pick up about 2 gigs of RAM for the laptop.

I'm not sure how the numbers turned out for last month but I'm pretty sure I was in the whole. The last portion of the month did start to make some moves though, just not enough to cover costs. That's ok though. I'm focused on launching campaigns and meeting the minimum conversions I have determined.

I created a spreadsheet the other day of all of the campaigns I need to launch between now and December to hit $400 profit/day. The conversions on each campaign would be less than 6 per day and it assumes an overall profit margin of just 40%. That is only 66% ROI. I can do that. So that is the game plan. Launch the campaigns (most of which are up now), get each to the minimum daily conversion average, and achieve a minimum 66% ROI.

This will get me to the point where I can finally go full time.
